Our History

We first started operating as Windward Car Company, Inc. in 1983 with only seven full time employees. After a year of growth, we had nearly forty employees and then we purchased the business from the former owners. Incorporated in April of 1984 as Windward Auto Sales, Inc. with the Dodge, Isuzu, and Subaru franchises, over the years we have bought and sold several franchises to bring us to where we are today. With nearly 90 employees operating the Dodge Chrysler Jeep and Ram franchises, we have achieved many of our goals over the years. We have continually been number one in vehicle sales, as well as being one of the highest ranked dealerships in the state of Hawai'i in Customer and Sales Satisfaction. We take great pride in making and keeping our customers happy and satisfied.
